Sandhill Farm is a small, family farm near Gainesville in Micanopy, Florida. Your farmers are Pat and Susan Ross, and for twenty years we have been dedicated to the revitalization of LOCAL, sustainable  agriculture, economy and community.  Universal principles sustainably, practically and spiritually applied, we work to remember the wisdom of the elders of the past to ensure stewardship of the earth from the present generation of farmers to the next.

Our farm is engaged in community supported agriculture providing local families with fresh organically grown vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers. We also participate in a local weekly farmers' market. To facilitate self reliance, we offer hands-on workshops and internships, which focus on practical, earth/life/farm skills. We provide consultations and hands-on experience to foster and teach beginning farmers, students, interns and volunteers. We are small by intent; so we can remain intimately connected with the land in our care and the people whom we serve. Working in this way enhances, strengthens and nurtures our personal and family life; deepens our awareness and responsibility to our environment and our community; and opens our capacity to contribute in a good way to our community and to the earth.
